Have you ever wondered what you could do to convey your thanks to an Inland or Lakewood caregiver? Honoring Healthcare Heroes may be for you.

Inland and Lakewood attract outstanding caregivers—doctors, nurses, and CNA’s, and other employees like a housekeepers, dieticians, and lab techs. Patients and families who are thankful for the service they received frequently ask us how they can express their gratitude. Anyone who’s provided outstanding patient care or assistance to you, your spouse, child, parents, or even a close friend qualifies.

How Does It Work?

You simply fill out the form attached with this brochure and enclose a monetary gift. Gifts in any amount are welcome. When your donation is received by the Foundation, your Healthcare Hero will automatically be sent a card that expresses your appreciation and thanks. You and your caregiver will also be recognized in our annual report.

How Will Your Donation be Used?

It’s up to you. You can tell us what area you want your gift to support or you can let the Foundation use your donation where it’s most needed

Gifts can be made in cash, by check, or credit card using the attached envelope. Planned gifts—such as including Inland or Lakewood in your will or creating a charitable gift annuity—can also be made in honor of your Healthcare Hero.
